PRO ADVICE: HOME SPA HAIR TREATMENT WITH CRÈME AUX FLEURS
The Leonor Greyl Institute's advice for applying Crème aux Fleurs, a great color protector, ally of dry hair and sensitive scalps.
Used as part of treatment protocols in the best spas in the world, this multi-beneficial washing cream already set the Low Poo trend from its creation in 1973. Its formulation: a cocktail of the most soothing plants such as chamomile, garlic, and sage for stabilizing color, plant collagen and film-forming proteins for nourishing and bringing out the shine in hair, as well as detangling algae extracts for relaxing even the most undisciplined manes.
A silicon-, sulfate-, and paraben-free formula, this devotion-inspiring treatment with very gentle washing agents is unrivaled in returning very dry hair to life, enhancing color, and providing an instantaneous sensation of well-being to sensitive scalps.
Here is how to apply it for professional results at home:
Both shampoo and deep treatment, Crème aux Fleurs is applied to dry hair.
On fine hair, apply the cream just at the roots. On thick or very damaged hair apply along the full length.
Massage to distribute well throughout your hair, then relax for 10 to 20 minutes so the cream can act in-depth.
While you wait, you may cover your hair with plastic film and a warm towel in order to promote active ingredient penetration. Avoid direct contact between hair and towel to prevent it from absorbing the cream.
Before rinsing your treatment, add a little water at the roots to facilitate emulsion. The rinsing stage is crucial: good emulsion and meticulous rinsing are the keys to success! Progressively add very small quantities of water at the roots while massaging your hair until a fine foam appears. Rinse abundantly until your hair squeaks between your fingers.
Once fully rinsed, your hair becomes soft, brilliant, and easy to style again!
This treatment is particularly recommended for taking care of colored or frizzy hair and for soothing sensitive and irritated scalps.
It may be preceded by a Huile de Leonor Greyl application for in-depth repair along the shaft and at the ends.
Applied just after coloring, Crème aux Fleurs repairs hair damaged by chemicals, calms your scalp, and sets the color.
In the case of psoriasis, itching, and dandruff, Crème aux Fleurs may be mixed with Bain traitant à la Propolis for a calming treatment.
