The selection of the pickup point is made after payment on the dedicated map.
⚠️ In case of omission, a pickup point will be automatically assigned by default. It will correspond to the pickup point closest to the delivery address provided at the time of payment.
In this case, we cannot be held responsible for the pickup point automatically selected or for any inconvenience resulting from this assignment. -
The delivery time depends on the destination country.
Please note that our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. In case of a public holiday, order processing will also be postponed to the next business day.

If your parcel is not collected from the pickup point, it will be returned to us after the holding period (generally 7 days). This timeframe may vary depending on seasonality and parcel volume. Any reshipment is systematically charged. You may also request a refund, from which the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted.
