Delivery and returns

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the user and will be indicated to the customer at checkout. Delivery is carried out by Chronopost or Colissimo depending on the destination country. The estimated delivery times are counted from the dispatch of your order. They may vary depending on the destination, peak periods, or transport conditions.

Since January 1st, 2021, customs duties may apply to any order exceeding £135 (approximately €155).
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded or compensated by us.

You have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the receipt of your order. To exercise this right, you may request a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and the refund will only cover the price of the returned products. Initial shipping fees are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part.

Products must be returned to our warehouse at the following address:

Items must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so they can be resold as new.
To notify us of your withdrawal, please send an email to commandes@leonorgreyl.com including:
- Your order number
- The product(s) concerned
- The reason for the return
Gifted items must also be returned.

The right of withdrawal applies only to new, unused products in their original packaging. Products damaged during transport back to our warehouse cannot be refunded.
All proof of return shipment must be kept until the refund has been processed.

The refund for your order will be issued upon receipt of your return parcel and after inspection of the products' condition in our warehouse. Refunds are processed within 7 days from the receipt of the returned items, and no later than within 14 days. The refund amount will include only the price of the returned products. Initial shipping fees are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part.

Please note that if any promotional gifts are not returned, their value will be deducted from the refund amount.
