DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery charges are at the user's expense and will be specified to the customer when the order is confirmed.
Delivery is handled by Chronopost or Colissimo, depending on the country.

Please note that we do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM). Our delivery services are limited to the list shown in the table above. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Since January 1, 2021, customs charges may apply to all orders exceeding 135 £ (approximately 155 €).
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. No compensation claims will be accepted in this regard.
RETURNS
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order. To exercise this right, you may request a refund. Please note that return costs remain the responsibility of the customer and the refund will only include the price of the returned products. Les produits doivent être retournés dans leur état d'origine et complets (emballage, accessoires, notice...) afin de pouvoir être remis en vente comme neufs.

- Le numéro de commande
- Le ou les produits concernés
- La raison du retour
Les produits offerts doivent également être retournés.
The right of withdrawal only applies to new, unused products in their original packaging. Products damaged during transport to our warehouse will not be refunded.
Any proof of return shipment must be kept until the refund has been processed.
REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
The refund for your order will be processed upon receipt of your package and after verifying the condition of the returned products in our warehouse. We process refunds within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products, and no later than 14 days after. The refund amount will only include the price of the returned products. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
