Adopt excellent hygiene
To keep your scalp healthy and well oxygenated, wash your hair regularly with
a mild shampoo adapted to the nature of your scalp.
A mistake too often made is to space your shampoos too far apart for fear
of losing more hair in the shower.
However, it is not the shampoo that makes hair fall out! Hair that falls out when
washing or brushing has been detached from its bulb for several weeks.
Don’t worry about making the situation worse, on the contrary, take advantage
of the shampoo to give yourself a moment to yourself and make your hair look its best!
Take your vitamins
Plan twice a year in the fall and spring to strengthen the hair.
Allied vitamins will mainly be those of the B group, especially B3, which
improves blood circulation in the scalp, B1, which promotes nerve transmission
and growth, and vitamins B5, B6 and B12, which prevent hair loss.
Vitamin C also plays an important role in protecting the hair fiber
from external aggressions.
Minerals and trace elements (potassium, zinc, iron) promote oxygenation of
the scalp and hair growth. Of course, these cures will not replace a healthy diet.
Take care of your vitamin intake through the consumption of fruit,
vegetables, and botanical oils rich in omegas (such as wheat germ oil),
and don’t forget foods rich in proteins and amino acids, which stimulate keratin
production.
Giving a massage
One of the causes of hair loss is often a deficient and poor microcirculation in the scalp.
A simple massage will increase the blood flow to the hair follicle
and provide it with all the nutrients necessary for hair growth.
Take advantage of these situations to stimulate microcirculation:
