Adopt excellent hygiene
To keep your scalp healthy and well oxygenated, wash your hair regularly
with a mild shampoo adapted to the nature of your scalp.
A mistake too often made: space your shampoos too much for fear of losing
more hair in the shower. However, it’s not the shampoo that causes hair to fall out!
A hair that falls out during washing or brushing has detached from its bulb
for several weeks already.
Do not worry about worsening the situation, on the contrary, take advantage
of the shampoo to give yourself a moment and enhance your hair!
Plan twice a year in the fall and spring to strengthen the hair.
The allied vitamins will be mainly those of group B, in particular B3,
which improves the circulation of blood in the scalp, B1, which promotes
the transmission of nerve impulses
and growth, and vitamins B5, B6 and B12 which prevent hair loss.
Vitamin C also plays an important role in protecting the hair fiber from external
Minerals and trace elements (potassium, zinc, iron) will promote oxygenation
of the scalp and hair growth.
Of course, these cures will not replace a healthy diet. Watch your vitamin intake
through the consumption of fruits, vegetables and botanical oils rich in omega
(such as wheat germ oil), and do not forget the foods rich in protein and amino acids,
which stimulate the production of keratin.
Give a massage
Among other causes of hair loss, there is often a deficiency and poorly washed scalp.
The simple practice of massage will increase the blood flow to the hair follicle and
provide it with all the nutrients necessary for hair growth.
Take advantage of these situations to stimulate microcirculation:
During your shampoo: without rubbing, at the risk of exciting the sebaceous glands
and having your scalp become greasy,
place your fingers flat in a semicircle around the skull and gently massage your scalp
for a minute by moving it back and forth.
Once the hair is well rinsed, you can finish with a jet of cold water to further stimulate
the blood circulation and bring a beautiful shine to the hair.
During drying: tilt your head forward and blow dry your hair upside down to promote
blood circulation and nerve impulses to the scalp.
Especially for fine or sparse hair: your hairstyle will gain in volume!
Every evening after brushing, as a last beauty gesture before a restful sleep: massage
your scalp for two minutes, also upside down, sitting, elbows on a table, hands on each
side of the head.
Move your scalp without rubbing it and without using your nails!
This practice also helps detoxify the scalp by ridding it of dead cells and promote sleep.
